PAYMENT
Once we receive your order information, we will send you a Paypal invoice by email. You can expect to receive this invoice within 24 business hours of submitting your order. Full payment must be received, via Paypal, before we can start design and/or print production.

COLOR REPRODUCTION
UVM Design cannot be held responsible for shifts in colour between your online proof and the final printed material. We try to reproduce color as closely as possible, but cannot exactly match colour and/or density because of limitations in the printing process, as well as neighbouring image ink requirements. We accept no responsibility for colour variations between submitted images and the actual artwork or product they represent. If you are using specific Pantone colours in your artwork, you must convert them to CMYK colour before sending us your files.

PRODUCTION
Business card and postcard orders are usually ready to be shipped 5-7 business days following the confirmed press run date. Please call us to confirm production and delivery dates.

DUTIES & TAXES
Country custom duties are the responsibility of the customer, and are not included in the product price or in the shipping and handling costs.
